How it works:

As video services have become widely used in these challenging times, we have simplified the service we use and can talk you through how easy it is to access our expertise. We use smart, user-friendly technology which enables you to use any laptop, desktop computer, smartphone or tablet.

• No download or installation is required – we’ll email or text you a ‘link’ that, by simply clicking, will automatically take you through to your video appointment window.
• One of our experienced physiotherapists will then assess you using a range of questions designed for you to understand why you have your symptoms and what can be done to improve them.
• You will be observed performing some simple movements, actions and tasks, where appropriate. From this assessment your physiotherapist can ascertain the problem and formulate an effective treatment plan with you.

• Management, guidance and education on how to manage your pain and injury most effectively.
• Individually tailored rehab program which can be emailed directly to you via our integrated software. This may include simple video exercise demonstrations, rehab exercises, and injury management advice.
• Organise your next follow up appointment where we can re-assess and progress your rehabilitation, either until the injury is resolved, or you’re happy and confident to self-manage using your personalised program.
